General Manager - Leasing - Commercial Real Estate

Role:

- Responsible for leasing / selling entire range of products like Commercial Serviced Office, Virtual Office, Business Lounge, Meeting Room / Video Conferencing in Chennai.

- Meet corporate, real estate commercial brokers / agents in a regular basis for new business.

- Generate profitable new business within the territory by managing entire sales/leasing cycle from lead/enquiry development, prospecting, qualifying, following up, handling objections, negotiating and following up constantly till the deal is closed.

The Role :

- 15+ years experience, out of which atleast 5+ years in leasing commercial properties.

- Ideal candidate would be at a salary bracket of 25-30 lacs currently.
