Role - COE (Learning & Development and Talent Management) + HRBP for a BU.

Team Handling role.

It's a People Management role, the team of 2 to 5 HR Professionals will report into this.

Education Criteria is a MUST - We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School pass outs.

Job Profile Brief: -

- Diversified HRBP experience in his/her overall career. Candidate should have worked into Sales oriented organizations.

- Candidate must be an SME of Talent Management and Learning & Development / OD area, working experience as SME in L&D and Talent function should be 3 to 5 Yrs.

- Professional Expertise in the area of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, High Potential Identification, Senior Leadership Assessment, Talent Reviews, Feedback & Executive Coaching.

- Process Owner of - L&D / OD and Talent Management + HRBP

Brief on Profile: -

1) Talent Management (COE Role).

2) L&D (Behavioral & Technical Inputs to various functions) - (COE Role).

3) Handling Talent Management, L&D and Talent Development.

4) HRBP Lead for a business.

- Business Partnering with across workforce of organization (multiple businesses) and interfacing the smooth execution of COE function (Learning & Development, Talent Management).

- Designed and deployed a robust talent management strategy with key highlights being the Leadership Development framework for Hi-Pots, Hi-pot Mentoring, Sales Leadership Dev Centre etc.

- Rolled out Leadership Virtual Connects as our digital strategy for top talent engagement.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes as HRBP.

- Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc

- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.

- Identify, create and execute key talent initiatives and programs and help leaders scale and develop the organization, to ensure High performing and Impactful teams.

- Upgrade and implement a LMS platform that provides just-in-time learning for the company

- Conceptualize and launch the Learning & Development and Talent Management Philosophy to guide and define the Learning and Talent Management practices across various levels in the organization.

- Establish well define assessment practices, strong governance mechanism with the involvement of top leadership, draw new age talent management/OD initiatives with deep focus on identification of future potential for the organization. Initiatives include conceptualizing and implementing Senior leadership Assessment, Talent Review Board, Individual Development Plan and other Initiatives for Senior leadership.

- Design and Facilitate Workshop on High Potential Capability Assessment Initiative - OD Intervention for Young Managers Program

- Draw Key Talent Management Initiatives, High Potential Leadership Development Programs, and Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Assessment.

- Anchor the Talent Management initiatives as part of the Organizational Effectiveness Program, which involve launch of the new organizational structure with the clear objective to bring Speed, Simplicity and Agility.

- Facilitate Talent Reviews across functions, Conceptualize, Design and Launched High Potential Leadership Development Program.

- Design and implement leadership assessment program based on competency framework for top and middle management.
