Educational Requisites :
- MBA/PGDBA with specialization in HR from top TIER B-schools of India (IIM/FMS/XLRI etc)

Work Experience :
- At least 4-5 years in talent management and development.
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and key processes (from Telecom industry perspective) would be preferable.
