Job Description : As a General Manager- Learning & Development, you will be responsible to strategize and implement learning and development initiatives aligned to Business Goals and play a massive role in defining the organization's talent capability reporting into the L&D Head

Description :
Working with Senior Business Stakeholders you will be responsible for :
- Strategising the L&D initiatives aligned with Business Goals and manage a team to ensure proper delivery
- Promoting a culture of learning by providing consulting to business on latest techniques, new trends in customer service, benchmarking with best in class organizations and supporting business with customized solutions
- Designing learning modules, learning materials and assessment using knowledge about instructional design, pedagogy or adult learning approaches, techniques and methods
- Create and execute program launch plan - coordinate with facilitators, plan communication of the initiative to participants and leadership teams, TTT, pilot batch, launch support material and general administration
Profile :
- An ambitious and passionate individual who enjoys being a catalyst in helping people achieve their potential
- MBA Full time from a reputed institute will be preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in QSR, Restaurant Brands, Hospitality, Retail is mandatory
- Ability to translate Business Goals into capability building initiatives is mandatory
- Very high expertise in communication and stakeholder management
- Team handing experience is mandatory
