General Manager - Learning & Development
- Our client is a leading conglomerate with operations in multiple sectors. They own and operate world-class projects and have attained leadership status in multiple categories. The group is expanding at a very large scale and aim to be leaders in implementing cutting edge Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives.
They are looking for General Manager - Learning & Development to be based in Bangalore with following KRAs but not limited to this :
1. Manage End to End L&D across various streams such as Performance Management, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Talent Development etc.
2. Conceptualize, design and implement the global leadership development and performance management framework.
3. Build in-house expertise in designing, developing and operating learning & development experiences.
4. Design, Deliver and Evaluate innovative leadership, managerial & executive development initiatives based on job performance competency models, 360- multi-rater feedback and experiential learning.
5. Translate the organization's strategic business goals into human performance requirements and design learning solutions that deliver on those requirements.
6. Manage L&D metrics such as Quality of Training, Training Effectiveness, Cost of Training and Speed of response of training interventions.
7. Collaborate with Senior Leadership team to understand skill requirement to enable continued client and employee growth for the organization.
8. Drive Digital Learning strategy and help the team adopt to offering new age learning solutions, courses curation using latest authoring tools and techniques.
- Incumbent should have at least 15 years of experience and Learning & Development and Performance Management.
- Ideal candidate should be Full Time MBA from one of the top B-Schools.
