ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assess the training needs of employees at all levels and departments through surveys, interviews, and analysis of performance data.
- Develop a curriculum of training programs, including both technical and soft skills, to address identified skill gaps and support career progression.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content, utilizing a variety of delivery methods such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are well-executed, meet the desired outcomes, and are consistently improved based on participant feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Manage the learning and development budget, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost control.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the effectiveness and relevance of the training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry associations, and educational institutions to leverage external resources and expertise.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify high-potential employees and design targeted development programs to nurture their growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
