General Manager - Land & Liaison - Metal & Mining

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate into Metal and Mining for the position mentioned below:

Position Name : GM- Land & Liaison

Location : Bandha, Waidhan MP

Qualification : Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline, preferably with Law.

Experience : 14+ years relevant experience

Competencies :

- The candidate must have expertise in the field of land acquisition, resettlement & rehabilitation, obtaining statutory clearances like forest/environment/water etc.

Job Responsibility:

- Liasioning, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement and CSR.

- Land Acquisition, Forest Clearance, Environment Clearance, Explosive License, Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plan for Mines.

- Liasioning & coordination with govt officials of Forest department, Revenue department, Pollution Control Board, local municipal bodies for getting approval, Prospecting license, Mining Lease, Forest diversion, environment clearances, Permissions, NOCs, No Dues, clearances etc for all norms and approval related issues.

- Dealing Land Acquisition under LA Act 1894 / RFCT LARR Act 2013/CBA (A&D) Act 1957.

- Purchasing Land Directly / Obtaining RoW & RoU etc. from individual land owners.

- Alienation of Govt Non-forest Land through lease / RoW etc.

- Strategic Planning for Green Field Project Initiation wrt LA and R&R; both Compensation and Resettlement & Rehabilitation .

Salary Offered : Upto 28 Lakhs
