- Identification & Evaluation of new business opportunities

- Responsible for JDA of land Banks in Punjab

- Feasibility of land banks

- Due-diligence of revenue records, registration of Land, strategic planning for Land Consolidation,

- Title verification, measurement, settlement of issues pertaining to land management.

- Co-ordination with government departments for licenses & approvals.

- Advise methods and processes for the company in land acquisition.

- Solved key revenue land acquisition problems.

- Negotiation of terms and conditions, property rates with the owners

- Executed MoU, lease deeds, Agreement to sell and sale deeds of Mega Project.

- Co-ordination with government departments for licenses & approvals.
