Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identify priorities and analyze potential growth opportunities with additional follow through to negotiation and implementation.
- Strategic planning and market intelligence.
- Perform analysis of new growth/market opportunities and recommend course of action.
- Setting up large scale labs or lab operations across the country
- Advise Senior Management of the issues, opportunities and barriers in developing/growing our services.
- Assess, build and manage a pipeline of new large client leads, Lab setting.
- Handle lab expansions and management
- Handle P&L for the business
- Build/customize packages through study of diagnostic industry
Skills and Experience :
- Should have complete knowledge of lab operations
- Extensive Strategic Planning, Sales and/or Business Development experience with a track record of developing and delivering strategy.
- Significant experience in the healthcare sector and an understanding of healthcare markets, ideally in pathology, is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing P&L.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a drive to aim high and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
- Negotiating, leadership and influencing skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in handling P&L for the business
- Experience in setting up large scale labs or lab operations across the country
Team Management :
- Will be handling a large team comprising of BDs, City Managers, Lab Managers etc.
- Handle budgetary responsibilities
