Job Description - General Manager- IT position with one of the largest Telecom companies. Looking for a seasoned leader with prior track record of managing multiple Programmes at the same time with focus on quality, cost and delivery.

Description
- Spearheading IT Centre of Excellence's select portfolio of projects including cost budgeting, planning and execution of programs, providing inputs on the overall strategy, budget, policies and major issue resolutions
- Develop and maintain the IT portfolio of application development, application support and IT infrastructure
- Responsible for service provider engagement and management for IT Centre of excellence
- Define the governance structure, engagement model and contract administration to assure service provider performance meets the contractual requirement and project objectives
- Define service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for service delivery and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Measure and report the scope, budget and outcomes of programmes and projects to appropriate stakeholders and governance bodies
- Work collaboratively with global IT delivery teams to develop best practices framework and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix environment
- Experience of working in IT services organisations and captive centre
- Consistent track record of driving increased levels of productivity and internal/external customer satisfaction for outsourcing engagements
