General Manager - IT SAP - Finance

4. Requirement: Immediate

5. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to configure and understand Finance Processes, including but not limited to

- SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, Banking, etc.),

- Revenue Recognition, SD, -MM, Cost Management,

- Consolidation (BPC), Revaluation,

- Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, P&L,

- Intercompany Postings and Asset Management

6. Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices

7. Deliver features that support quick implementation cycles by providing strong out of the box functionality and are easily specialized and extended

8. Identify gaps and make recommendations on development process

9. Handle Business Process Change, if required.

10. 2-3 SAP implementation experience.

11. Very good exposure/experience to Financial process

12. MUST be very good in Financial /accounting Business Process

13. MUST have solid understanding of business processes and SAP system.

14. Ability to comfortably interact with CXO level, Senior and Middle Management and Good clarity, analytical and problem solving skills. MUST have clarity in thought and must be Assertive in communication and should have good convincing ability.

15. Salary: Budget: 20-40 L. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Budget: 20-40 L. Depending on experience, interview and performance. Final interview will be conducted by a CXO executive.

16. This position will have dotted line reporting to CXO.

17. This position is urgent and targeted to be closed in 7-10 (2nd Feb ) days max.

18. You should be able to join in 15-30 days. People having longer notice period can- t be considered
