General Manager - IT - Retail

Experience Required : 9+ Years

Mandatory Skills : Oracle Retail

Preferred : Working in Retail or E-commerce Company

Key Skills Required : Oracle Retail, BI Software, BI Publisher, PL SQL, Python, Agile & Scrum

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage (define, plan, monitor, and control) project milestone, project plan, deliverables, resources, budgets and relationship with key stakeholder

- Provide consult/support business to deliver on the same system and coordination with IT working team with Change request and Defect management

- Engage with top level management to architect and instigate a Project Program with continuous innovation and transformation.

- Create and improvise the customer journey and customer acquisition around digital transformation.

- Understand customer business domain, requirements, challenges, and latest technology trends by leveraging insights and patterns.

- Facilitate the definition of service levels and business requirements. Interact regularly with business and senior management to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.

- Work with local, regional, and global leadership on practice development initiatives.

- Ability to appreciate the bidirectional influences and dependencies between business and technology.

- Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with global practice leadership, aligning with core messaging, new solution deployments, and market analysis.

- Experience in Project Planning, Project tracking, reporting and post go -live support.

- Developing talent and nurturing future leaders within IT department in enabling team to handle larger responsibilities
