General Manager - IT Business Partner Operations - Manufacturing Firm

- This role will have the responsibility to serve as the strategic interface between the assigned business function of Operations (Manufacturing & SCM) and Sourcing, the IT COEs & Shared Services for the purpose of business IT technology strategy development and execution, solution discovery, service management and stakeholder management.

- This role will be leading and managing the Manufacturing IT & OT initiatives, the SCM and Sourcing IT initiatives in the capacity of an IT Business Partner. Will function as a trusted advisor and will be the primary IT point of contact to the Business Leadership and managers

Functional/ Technical Competencies:

- Must have experience in SAP / S4 Hana PP/QM/PM, MM/Logistics modules

- Must have experience in Manufacturing Automation/MES solutions, Manufacturing Warehouse and Planning Applications, Supply Chain & Logistics and Sourcing Execution and Planning Solutions / Solution Implementations

- Sound Understanding of Business Processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics and Sourcing areas

- Functional Specification Documentation Skills

- Knowledge of SAP to Non - SAP system interfaces

- Strong Project Management / Delivery Management Skill

Work Experience:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in similar assignments with a Manufacturing company.

Experience of leading/managing teams working in Manufacturing IT / OT / Supply Chain & Logistics / Sourcing domains
