Job Description:


- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's IT strategy, managing large-scale projects, and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting or senior leadership roles in mid-to large IT firms, with a proven track record of project management and system implementation.


- This individual will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system design, and resource management to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.

1. Strategic IT Leadership:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the organization's IT strategy.

- Ensure IT initiatives align with business objectives and support growth across global operations.

2. Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT initiatives, including SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.

3. System Implementation and Oversight:

- Lead the design, deployment, and testing of IT systems, including ERP (SAP), ticketing systems, and communication platforms (e.g., Outlook).

- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.

4. IT Operations Management:

- Supervise day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient ticket resolution.

- Implement and enforce IT governance, security, and compliance standards.

5. IT System and Domain Management:

- Oversee the management of IT systems, including domain management, IT infrastructure, and asset allocation.

- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of IT resources, including hardware, software, and network assets.

- Develop and maintain IT tools and platforms to support business operations.

6. Cybersecurity and Compliance:

- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements related to IT systems.

7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team.

8. Team Leadership and Development:

- Mentor and develop IT team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Build capabilities within the IT team to support the company's future IT strategy.
