General Manager - International Sales & Marketing - EPC/Switch Gear Business

Job Title: Head International Marketing

Purpose of Job

Head Internal Marketing would be responsible for developing independent Sales & Marketing strategy for the company to achieve penetration in International markets for its EPC & Switch Gear Business

Essential Qualifications

- At least 12 years- experience in the Electrical industry or related industry either in Transformers, Switch Gears, EPC out of which at least 8 years of proven experience in achieving significant sales penetration in Internal markets

Essential Experience

1) The candidate should have the yearning to think out of the box. He should come with a strong strategic bent and bring in new innovative ideas to enhance the export sales and profitability. Must have proven track of having penetrated & achieved business value & volume in any of product lines which may be Transformers, Switch Gears, Dis-connectors or Electrical EPC Business comprising of Sub Stations or Transmission lines as part of his past career.

2) He should have the ability to sell value added services and have the attitude to introduce new marketing strategies including digital marketing.

3) The candidate should come with a strong B2B Sales experience, understands export marketing, proven Key Accounts Management & Relationship Management. Must have connect with key utilities and EPC's in either African/West Asian/Asia Pacific markets
