We have an opportunity for International Business Head with our Food Processing Client based in Pune.
Reports to: MD India & Global Business Head (based in Italy).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international business strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the international sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring successful market penetration.
- Oversee the end-to-end export process, including market research, product adaptation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Manage and optimize the international supply chain, ensuring efficient logistics and timely deliveries to customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients to drive business development.
- Analyze and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the international business segment, monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-effective measures.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for international operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and operations, to support the overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of international business professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Overall 10 Plus years of total Experience with 5 years in International Business management, with a focus on Exports of Branded Products.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit growth in International Markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
