- 2 policies 6 days week Tuesday off
- Own devise, own laptop (they can use it for office purpose)

- Reporting to : AVP sales.
- Lead generation till closure.
Profile :
Looking for a General Manager - Inside Sales. A GM is responsible for hiring and training salesforce, meeting sales targets in his/her Business unit, and delivering month-on-month growth.
- Inside Sales GMs manage 40- 60 direct reportees. and achieve targets by analysing data, running operations, and strategizing next steps.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills :
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
- Responsibility : Taken ownership of top-line targets for your team while being in a revenue-driven role.
- Sense of data : Experienced in data driven marketing, including ROI / investment strategies / scaling.
