KRA:
- Union Management, Negotiations, Maintenance of Harmonious Industrial Relations in General
- Talent Acquisition: To help ensure timely closure of positions; Understand the talent need for R&;D, work with agencies to get it done; Interviews scheduling and participation and Campus placements
- Legal / Statutory Compliances: Ensure 100% compliance under various statutes Legal / Statutory Compliances: Ensure 100% compliance under various statutes
- Institutionalize Processes : HR Audit: Ensuring that all the employee- related data is documented in standard formats HR Systems & Policies : Implement and administer appropriate HR systems and policies Ensure implementation of Group HR policies
- Manage all Employee Relation issues pertaining to the unit &; Work with different stakeholders to mitigate risks and manage any matter in amicable manner &; Ensure fair practices are adopted
- Payroll Management : Timely & accurate Salary inputs to be sent to the payroll vendor through the designated process
- Employee Engagement Work Life Balance : Assisting Head (HR) in maintaining harmonious relations amongst employees and to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Learning & Development : As a E- facilitator facilitate E- learning at Sites and spread the culture of self learning .
Managing Exits : Exit interviews to be conducted for all resigned employees.
Skills/Exp:
- 15 plus years of work ex,
- Sound understanding and practical exposure of IR
- Should have Managed payroll, HR ops
- Should have exposure to TM and Learning practices
- Ability to work across stakeholders levels,
- Strong command over LOCAL language (speaking, reading )
