Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of HR processes at plant level
- Implement and ensure Employee engagement
- Ensure Employee Retention
- Ensure smooth and timely Payroll processing for bargainable and contractual staff
- Handle and resolve all IR related issues at plant level
- Union negotiation & settlements-All locations
- Ensure all statutory compliances are met with
- Handle and monitor temporary and contractual staff activities at plant level
Age Limit : Maximum 45 yrs
