Job Description : This GM - Industrial Relations position involves directing and coordinating the company's industrial relations strategies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Our client is a major player in the sector, specifically in the Oil and lubricant industry, with over 10,000 employees, they have a strong presence in India and abroad.
Description:
- Candidate should come with experience dealing in unionised set-up and long wage settlement.
- Formulate and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
- Oversee the company's compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with labour unions.
- Advise management on labour issues and recommend solutions to resolve conflicts.
- Monitor and analyse the impact of changes in labour laws on the company.
- Coordinate with other departments in handling labour disputes and grievances.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of labour reports as required by law.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to support company-wide initiatives.
- Open to 6 day WFO
- Masters in HR or relevant degree
- Marathi speaking candidates are preferred
- Candidate should come with experience dealing in unionised set-up and long wage settlement.
- Should have a strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential.
