- Reporting to CEO office, the role GM HR is to translate high-level organisational goals and strategies into an effective and agile human resource strategy.
- Provide steer and direction to HR team to implement highly efficient and effective HR operations such as hiring, comp & benefits, payroll & compliance.
- Design HR policies across group companies
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build small, strong, and high impact teams
- Provide insights into the 'digital age employee' needs
- Lead employer branding efforts
- Promote inclusion & diversity in the workplace
- Extremely effective in communications, strategic planning, executive coaching and partnership.
