GM - HR
Key purpose of the job: This role is a combination of Compensation & Benefit + HRBP along with custodian of Saas based HR Systems.
- Responsible to develops and implements new and revised compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices.
- Responsible to providing response, thorough, and thoughtful guidance on compensation matters including but not limited to policies, procedures, the company`s compensation philosophy, Base pay planning, salary administration, market pricing/position/levelling, internal equity, job evaluation, job structure, Incentive & bonus plan
- Partnering with HR managers in the preparation of compensation offers ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Supporting the overall planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle including HR Business Partner and manager training.
- Using competitive data, conduct analyses and recommend locally competitive and cost effective benefit packages.
- Responsible to drive compensation merit + Bonus + Incentive plan in Oracle.
HR Business Partnering & Recruitment
- Partner with business and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, reward & recognition strategy, compensation benchmarking, organizational development and more.
- Act as a champion for change as we scale and work in partnership with Managers to improve business performance.
- Work closely with the L&D team to ensure the planned L&D activities are developed in line with L&D strategy and delivered accordingly.
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers to support their development
- The incumbent will be responsible to understand and assess the manpower requirements of the business through regular dialogue with the business teams.
- Meet the manpower requirements of the business as per the Annual hiring plan (the incumbent will be required to manage the sourcing efforts through the external recruitment partners; and also directly source from online portals and other sources)
- Lead process to identify, attract, hire, reward and retain a high-quality workforce to meet business needs and enable growth
HR Technology
- Responsible for giving support to users on HR Cloud based system ( Oracle Fusion )
- Working closely with the TCS team to ensure seamless function of the HR System
- Responsible for any new initiative in HR Technology or HR Systems.
This role requires :
- Progressive experience in HR with 7-12 years of experience with relevant experience in Compensation & Benefit Business Partner & HR Technology.
- Collaborative, driven, proactive and self-reliant. Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment
- Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Capable and confident communicator with strong personal presence
- Exceptional collaborating, coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience working directly with senior leadership in an organization
- Demonstrated success in coaching managers on issues related to performance, employee relations and employee development
Industry Prefrence : Real Estate or Enginering & Construction
HRBP - 40 % ,TA - 30 % , Comp & Ben - 30 %
