- Develop and execute the HR and administrative strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance to the executive team on HR and administrative matters, contributing to strategic decision making.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Statutory Compliance, Pharma SOP's GMP Compliance as per regulatory requirements.
- Employee Engagement , R&R, Succession Planning, operational Excellence, Grievance handling, Training & Development, PMS, Man Power Budgeting, Entire Admin activities which includes Security, Housekeeping, Canteen, Scrap & Vehicle.
- Developing and implementing of policies and disciplinary actions, employee welfare activities.
