Major Responsibilities:
- As an HOD to Oversee day-to-day HR operations
- Communicate and embody the company vision and values
- Building up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent
- Define and implement policies and performance standards across the Company
- Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed for Employee Empowerment , Engagement & Retention
- Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Manages the disciplinary and appeal hearings process and related correspondence.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of IR and related Legislation in Mineral Industry
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Employee Cost Management
Professional Qualification& Experience: -
- Graduate in any discipline & Post Graduate in Business Administration. Total work experience is 12-18 years. Previous Experience of MNC HR will be preferred. Knowledge of Labor Laws is essential
Technical /Functional skills:-
- Delegation skills are crucial in identifying the best person (or people) for a particular task and act as a facilitator to motivate and direct the work
- Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity
- Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary in finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favorably especially in the Areas of Contract Labour, Union's Long Term Settlement.
- Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals
- Problem-solving skills are crucial to analyzing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability
