Job Description
- Design and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
- Recruitment, Selection, Induction & Retention
- Succession planning in each department
- Implementation of Manpower planning, costing and budgeting
- Planning human resources requirement for existing and upcoming projects in consultation with respective Departmental Heads
- Working on performance management system..
- Designing and formulating KRAs in consultation with Departmental Heads
- Adhering to compliance of all Labour Legislations
- Introducing learning and development in the organization with special emphasis on Training initiatives
- Ensuring smooth functioning of Welfare Measures and Employee Engagement Activities
- Attendance & Leave, Payroll & Incentives:
- Design and implement a grievance redressal system that encompasses effectively addressing all types of grievance related to career progression, team issues, harassment, inadequate infrastructure etc-
- The system should have an escalation matrix based on the nature of grievance
- Overseeing IR functions.
- HR MIS:
Create a mechanism that records accurate data in a timely manner
Prepare various MIS as per the schedule of reporting and report to the management.
