We are a leading home furnishing manufacturing and sales company.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced GMHR with good Manufacturing and Sales industry background to join our team. The person will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals. The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and goals.

- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and create a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps.

- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.

- Oversee the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related issues.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or MSW preferred

- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and goals.

- Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.

- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve complex employee issues.

- Experience in leading change management initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
