- The incumbent will be accountable for providing key inputs for business strategy, corporate governance and driving change management.
- The role involves understanding the organization's business strategy, challenges and opportunities and drive key human resources activities that include recruitment, compensation structures, employee benefits, employee relations, management development, performance management, succession planning and retention.
- Managing corporate HR for the organization including recruitment, compensation management/ Total Rewards, performance management, manpower planning, Budgeting, Capability building, Etc.
