We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GM - HR who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company. This includes managing HR operations, developing HR strategies and policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
- Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and succession planning
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local, state labor laws and regulations
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR practices
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
