Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, providing strategic HR leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, capability building, and fostering HR governance across multiple entities, with a predominant focus on company and associated companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR activities at Corporate focusing on capability building, HR transformation projects, and HR policy development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships within the company and collaborate with key partners to drive HR initiatives.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Oversee policy revisions, HR projects, and other initiatives
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR processes and practices.
- Conduct HR audits and due diligence to ensure compliance and adherence to HR standards
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes, providing insights to support future investment decisions.
- Ability to exert influence across various departments and with stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and practices.
- Previous experience managing and overseeing HR projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
