Educational Qualifications & EXPERIENCE
Candidate should be qualified with MBA/MSW with minimum of 15 to 20 years' experience in the manufacturing industry especially with General Engineering/Automobile industry. Tamil and Hindi language is mandatory.
Core Competencies:- Manpower budgeting and execution. Induction & On-boarding Compensation Benefits & Payroll Employee Engagement Training & Development, Organization Development, Effective knowledge on KAIZEN & 5s.
- MIS Analysis , Human Resources Information System Statutory Compliance, Performance appraisal
KEY Responsibilities:- Pay roll Process through HRMS software
- Recruitments, Exit interviews
- Pre Auditing the Payroll for Zero Error & Management Approvals
- Taking care of employees Final Settlements, reimbursement, relieving Procedures & Salary issues. Knowledge of Payroll Compliance like PF, PT, ESIC and Gratuity
- Liasioning with TNPCB, DTCP, FACTORY INSPECTORATE, FIRE, HEALTH & LOCAL BODIES
- Training and development
- Implementation & monitoring of Safety
- Conducting town hall meeting periodically
- Strictly implementing the HR policies in the organization
- Contractual man power management.
- General administrations like Canteen, transport & Security
