Responsibilities : (Generic)

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Process payroll and benefits administration, including managing time-off requests and addressing employee inquiries.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
