Qualification : Post Graduation in HR

Experience : 18-25 Years

Age : Up to 50 Years

Primary Skills :

1. Experience of working in a large manufacturing organization environment (preferably FMCG, F&B, pharmaceutical) with multiple manufacturing units; huge supply chain network (C&B, dealers, distributors, retailers) with a minimum of 2500+ employees across pan India

2. Best Practices of the HR domain in the Manufacturing industry

3. Talent Management processes, viz. Competency Mapping & Benchmarking, Succession Planning, PMS etc.

Job Purpose :

- To be responsible for Learning & Development, Organization Development and Performance Management systems.


- To lead the complete Talent Acquisition and Talent Management portfolio in terms of Leadership Hiring, Lateral hiring and Bulk Hiring by infusing Best Practices in place and ensure smooth and effective functioning of all matters related to the same including Vendor Management, Stake Holder Management and Top Management reporting.

Responsibilities of GM HR :


1. Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive program for Talent Acquisition, across the organization.

2. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders in the business to deliver the very best hiring experience in line with core organizational vision & objectives.

3. Responsible for Sourcing, Planning and Managing pipeline across the entire workforce.

4. Monitoring Stakeholder Management with internal and external business partners for smooth functioning of the business.

5. Proactively look for ways to innovate and improve the hiring techniques, with programmes designed for Graduate Trainee/ Management Trainee inclusions, for delivering projects and process enhancements that positively impact the business.

6. Experience in projects regarding Diversity and Inclusion, Candidate experience, Referrals, Market research, Campus hiring and passive hiring using social media.

7. Taking responsibility of the complete Performance Management System and effectively rolling out the Annual Appraisal process.

8. Working with the business teams on various Learning & Development initiatives

9. Conducting reviews with Business Vertical Leaders to review and understand workforce plans, on a periodic basis
