General Manager - Human Resources - FMCG/Manufacturing Firm (Gender Diversity Position )
Working with the Group CHRO to drive the HR agenda for the organization with specific focus on the HR Operations New HR Initiatives, Talent Acquisition working on the strategy and implementation of the creation of a new Division. As a business partner, work closely with the the function heads and their teams to understand, anticipate and provide solutions on people matters.
