Search Brief: -

- MBA from Tier 1/ 2 B School, work experience of 9 to 14 years in HR function.

- The past 3 Years should be in handling Strategic HR portfolio, focused on business growth, people practices (Talent Management, Retention and Org Design etc), excellent into CXO management.

It's a HR Head role to head 3,000CR SBU within Large conglomerate-based Mumbai.

Candidate must anticipate in change management from business needs perspective etc.

Candidate should come from FMCG, Consumer, Pharma, Automobile, Paint or any Manufacturing sector.

Key Skills: HRBP and Talent Management / Org Design / Change Management.

Must Have: Team Handling + CXO Relationship.

Position Brief:

- To Head the HR for one of the fastest growing business verticals.

- Leads the human resources department, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.

- Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

- Fostering a positive work environment that promotes engagement and productivity.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.

- Furthermore, collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and culture.

Strategic HR Initiatives: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals, such as talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. This alignment ensures that human capital contributes directly to business success.

CXO Stakeholder Management: Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Effective collaboration with CXOs ensures that HR policies are integrated with the company's strategic direction.

Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement: Cultivating a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes employee engagement. This involves developing programs that enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Change Management: Leading initiatives that drive organizational change, ensuring that transitions are smooth and that employees are supported throughout the process. This capability is crucial for adapting to market dynamics and achieving long-term success.
