KRA's:
1. To drive TM, Succession planning, OD, L&D, and support the Sales HR part of the business.
2. Design and execute various HR initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
3. He/she will also be responsible for interventions towards leadership development, employee engagement.
4. Will also be the HR lead for the sales function, driving strategy, rewards and learning for the same.
5. Design and implement Talent Management framework.
6. Drive change management initiatives.
7. Employee engagement strategy based on "Great place to work" and survey feedback.
