About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest FMCG companies in the world. With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for a General Manager HR who can take on the dual responsibility of Head Rewards and Business Partner for the corporate office based out of Gurgaon.
Job Description
You will be responsible for Total Reward (Compensation and Benefits), and Business Partnering across support functions.
- Manage the companies compensation and benefits strategy in a highly complex and competitive environment
- Ensure communication and implementation of C&B programs
- Manage talent in an environment and industry where employee turnover is high
- Ensure that leadership bench strength is strong and available at all times
- Design strategies to differentiate performance, reward superior performers and address poor performance.
- Be an effective business partner to ensure that the best processes and leading edge practices are in place to achieve organizational effectiveness.
- Act as the lead HR resource for all projects and business development initiatives: provide expert HR inputs for diverse and multiple projects.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA from a top institute with a specialization in HR
- At least 13-14 years of relevant experience
- Strategic thinking - Commercial orientation
- Champion change
- Foster enthusiasm and teamwork
- Persuasive, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Use sound judgment
- Foster open communication
- Strong sense of integrity, ethics, responsibility and commitment
