- To be accountable for HR operations/BP HR- hiring, payroll, performance management and employee engagement.
- To be accountable for implementing process & technology systems to operate the process
- To provide timely and accurate reports to senior management
- To assist VP-HR in policy formulation and corporate HR initiatives
- 15 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Should have managed at least a minimum of 5 team members and prior people management experience is a must.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
- Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies.
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
