- Experience with Payroll, Compliance, TA, L&D, and shared services.
- Should have handled shared services setup, and handled a team.
- HR shared services person, will be responsible for HR operations and a gamut of more than 6000 employees.
- Handled any BPO or Shared services setup.
- As an HR domain expert guide and enable the HR Ops teams
- Engage and support all group wide compliance norms to ensure ZERO non-compliance and audit observations.
- Define Organization competency requirements and partner with HR council for improving and augmenting HR specifically Talent Acquisition capability within SSC..
- Ensure accurate and integrated HR Master data across SAP and Digital HR systems
- Design and implement operational governance processes for effective master data management maintenance.
- Lead and manage HR Documentation management for all HR Operations related processes.
- Implement and provide integrated analytics and visual dashboard for all HR Operations
- Support on the Group Employee Insurance policy renewals, claims management and engagement with Insurance Brokers.
- Manage SSC Operating manpower for HR Operations ~ 45 resources
