Job Description :
- Managing and Executing Branding and Engagement activities at premier institutes
- Developing strategies/Building effective engagement programs to attract and hire high potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities
- Managing B School, E School and Under Grad hiring PAN India for interns and full time. Pre-placement, during placement and post placement process to managed end to end
- Create detailed plan with clearly defined objective, desired outcomes and calendar of events
- Collaborate with business and campus manager to develop recruiting strategies at targeted institutes/universities
- Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned institutes with campus lead and business.
- Build relationship with business partner, placement officers, faculty, alumni and students and HC Stakeholders
- Develop, implement and execute, on campus events related to recruitment and engagement activities
- Develop, communicate and implement, recruiter toolkits, interview manuals/guidelines to ensure campus recruiters and targeted teams have necessary information to be effective
- Management of documents and excel sheets of all the processes followed for campus recruitment. Preparing reports and presentation as per business needs.
- Release of offer and managing onboarding of selected candidates
- Support the Campus in driving the firmwide campus strategy
Desired Skills :
- Willingness to travel across India
- Proficient in all tools for MIS and reports - Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with people of diverse background
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and with the Premium institutes PAN India
- Demonstrable customer focus attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging and change-orientated team environment including managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities
