The position holder will play a pivotal role in providing business partnership and driving the talent agenda along with the HR Head, India. The position holder would be primarily responsible for driving the following:-
HR Business partnership
a) Strong business partner, able to understand the business and translate to talent needs (specifically for R&D function)
b) Understand the environment context in which business work including business, industry and company works
c) Be seen by the site as credible, informed business leader and an employee advocate
d) Provide consultation to client groups in support of organization and employee relations issues.
e) Lead annual Associate Survey and Action Planning activities for assigned population. Work closely with the Global function HR to gather alignment
f) Lead Performance Management and Development Planning activities for assigned population. Work closely with the Global function HR to gather alignment
Talent Acquisition
b) Strong focus on building talent pool with runaway
c) Strong focus on quality, cost and process standardization
d) Lead the Campus engagement program for Graduate Engineer and Management trainee
Talent Development
a) Support the HR Head with the Organizational Review/Organizational Assessment/ Organization Design for functions supported.
b) Support the HR Head with Talent Review Process and follow-on development/succession planning efforts.
c) Facilitate Change Management as necessary and appropriate
