Job Responsibilities
Manpower Planning and budgeting.
Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates.
Work closely with business heads to ensure organisational design is executed in order to meet business priorities..
Facilitate managers to prepare Individual Development Plans for their team and oversee the execution of these plans within time and cost parameters.
Facilitates managers in creating a performance driven work culture through actively championing the PMS process.
Designing and delivering appropriate training programs
Designs functional on-boarding process that addresses both cultural integration as well as functional skills for respective business unit.
Develop and maintain good relationship with government bodies and law enforcing agencies.
Organize employee engagement activities
Take appropriate action regarding IR issues, and evaluate each situation through analytical and constructive thinking.
Ensure statutory compliance avoid legal repercussions
Ensure effective management of legal issues independently related to manpower/statutory compliance.

Experience: 15-20 years
