KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead HR operations across all businesses of the Company, ensuring seamless operations and effective compliance.
- Develop, implement and regularly evaluate HR policies and processes across all businesses and units
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Work with the company's senior management team to establish a sound plan of management succession.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet the requirements of the business and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- Identify need for training and development. Implement training and development programs, encourage employees to upskill. Implement mentorship programs.

- Candidates with experience in Manufacturing Companies will be preferred
- Preferable industry experience of Agrochemicals/ FMCG/ Hospitality
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Management role/ Leadership role
