Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager (HR). The GM HR will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within our organization, ensuring effective and strategic management of our human capital. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HR knowledge, and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent. Develop effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new employees. Implement talent management initiatives to identify high-potential individuals and foster their growth within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Establish and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote fairness and equality.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that enable employees to reach their full potential. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of relevant training programs. Foster a learning culture and support employees' professional growth and development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages. Develop and implement recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR strategies and practices.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to mitigate potential risks.
