- The candidate will be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle from Recruitment to Employee Exit Processes which will include managing a team of 10-12 HR Team members, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and other core HR functions
- The person will be responsible for leading the various projects under the Compensation and Benefits domain such as compensation bench-marking surveys, annual increment cycles, performance bonuses, sales incentives.
- Good experience in developing and implementing innovative compensation programs to ensure attraction and retention of key talent and compliance with internal policy and local regulations.
