Qualification : Graduate / PG (MBA)
Role & Responsibilities :
Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Recruitment, induction
- Manpower Planning, budgeting and costing for the entire manpower requirement of the organization.
- Sourcing of best manpower talents from the market thru cost effective ways.
- Interviewing, selection and recruitment of all the required talents.
- Induction and orientation of new recruits
- Tracking and controlling of Budgeted numbers and costs on a monthly basis.
Strategic Planning
- Conceptualizing & implementation of policies for effective management and development of human capital
- across the organization for achieving organizational mission
- Strategizing the long / short term directions by forecasting future requirements
- Implementation of Best HR Practices.
OD Initiatives: Performance Management, Balanced Score Card, Competency Mapping
- Designed and Implemented World class Performance Management System along with Hay Group for the Company.
- Implemented Individual KRAs for all the employees across the organization.
- Implemented Balanced Score Card for the organization and for Regions and Verticals.
- Behavioral Competency Mapped for all the employees along with Hay Group.
