Urgent Vacancy for the position of Head HR with a MNC Medical Devices and Technology Company

Key Responsibilities :
Main purpose of the position:
- The incumbent leads the HR function of India and provides operational support to management team of India. Operationally supports sustainable growth through people and organizational development. The incumbent represents India and function at the South Asia Pacific level acting as a business partner to the Managing Director, India and his management team. Actively contributes to the HR strategies, initiatives and programs.
- Leads the HR function of India to support the business growth and expansion
- Develop a clear understanding of business requirements for the HR function; assess and prioritise HR areas to provide maximum support to the business;
- Develop strategic partnerships with senior management: advise, support and coach on strategic HR issues
- Provide necessary operational HR support to enable the daily operations and lead execution of critical HR initiatives, projects & employee engagement;
- Ensure that the HR department is properly resourced, organized and supported with clear direction. Set HR KPIs to monitor success and identify issues;
- Implement Group HR strategy and processes, in particular, Leadership Development programs, and Talent Management & Succession planning;
- Provide direction and support with respect to change management, organisational development, performance management, talent development, reward and remuneration, employee engagement and other relevant HR processes;
- Drive the creation, monitoring and execution of motivational schemes & incentive schemes in order to create a vibrant team India.
- Work closely with regional HR colleagues to share knowledge, exchange experiences and address Group-wide issues;
