Age Group : 36 to 46 years

Qualification : MBA / Masters in HR

Experiences : Between 15 - 20 years of relevant experience having worked in both Engineering & manufacturing process organization

Roles & Responsibilities :

Having worked extensively on the below functions in HR :

- Manpower Planning

- Recruitment

- Performance Management System

- Learning & Development

- HR Development Initiatives and activities

Reporting Structure : Reporting to VP HR

Working Location : Belagavi / Belgaum (Karnataka)

CTC Budget (Upper) : 25 lacs per annum
