General Manager Human Resource

- Person should be work on Culture Transition, HR Analytics, People development & engagement, Training & Development.

- Culture Transition - work with their staff, engage them regularly and encourage open conversations and provide timely feedback, generate effective communication within teams. Develop and execute strategies to facilitate a smooth culture transition in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify key areas for cultural improvement and create actionable plans. Implement initiatives to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful cultural transformation across all levels of the organization

- Training & Development - Designing and Developing Training Programs. Implementation & Delivery of Training Programs. Evaluation of Training Programs Effectiveness. Design strategy and set goals for growth. Creating Career Path Development

- Performance Management - Identify organisational goals. Set performance expectations. Monitor and develop performance throughout the year. Driving Performance Management, KRA's, compensation and its benchmarking

- Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Training - Implementing Employee engagement activities for Office & Plant locations. Monitoring and implementing reward and recognition policies, employee counselling and feedback. Training Need Identification & Ensure Training plan implementation formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies & Set policies and processes

- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

- Direct the employee assessment process

- Prepare regular reports for upper management

- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills:

- Experience in planning and budgeting

- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

- Strong analytical ability

- Excellent communication skills

- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- Problem-solving aptitude & Strong decision-making ability

- Experience in ISO Documentation

Preferred Experience and qualifications: Master's degree, preferably in business administration, labour laws and human resources with 18 to 20 years of experience from Manufacturing Company
