As a GM HR reporting into the Head HR your roles & responsibilities include:
- Drive organisational & people strategies aligned to the business strategy
- Drive performance management, talent management and learning strategies across India
- Monitor industrial relations and employee relations to prevent disputes
- Review employee performance to increase employee engagement & retention
- Lead all compliance and ensure adherence of labor laws and regulations
- Drive overall people development
A successful candidate:
You come with 12-15 years of experience in a corporate HR role from the Manufacturing industry, You have worked in a unionized set up and are well versed with labor laws and compliance along with negotiations. You have managed people are looking to take up the next challenging role in your career.
