General Manager - Human Resources

Directly Reporting to : VP Operations

Capabilities :

- HR Generalist with experience across functions of hiring, payrolling, employee management and campus hiring

- Should have relevant experience with a company which handled high manpower requirements

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

Ideal Companies : Retail, F&B, FMCG, Airlines, Telecom

Responsibilities :

- Managing human talent end to end

- Developing HR processes and SOPs around employee policies, hiring and payroll

- Managing entire recruitment process including field recruiting, campus hiring and working with consultants for end-to-end hiring: from team member level to senior profiles

Ideal experience : 6 - 10 years
